Well maybe not for the Episcopal church but they are in impaired communion with the rest of the Anglican Communion anyway because they do their own thingYou can believe whatever you like. You can believe that 2+2=5. But your belief bears no consequence to the facts.

It doesn't matter what you believe. The facts are that the 39 articles are outdated, and are no longer required even in the Church of England.
