Should rape by deception be legal for trans people? To have sex without telling they are trans.

Don't be silly. I asked a question. I am waiting for an answer. Meanwhile, you are pulling at my sleeve like an annoying attention-seeking toddler, dribbling Inconsequential rubbish.
Because I gave you the evidence of what the LGB Alliance says, which backs up what john james said. So the question is why arent you acknowledging the evidence and why are you wasting everyone's time by asking people to show you what you have already been presented with and posting insults as well?

Because I'm waiting for someone reasonable to talk to.

If you don't want to talk to me, that's fine. You started this by butting in, remember.

I do want to talk to you, that is why I gave you the links. They back up what john james said and I am annoyed you dont want to acknowledge evidence presented to you.

My friend is a victim of this. The person didn't share they were trans until after wards. My friend stopped all communication with the trans person. And is trying to cope with traumatic experience. They dealing with a high level of anxiety now. They are afraid to have any social interactions with anyone male or female they don't already know because they are scared they can't tell the difference.
I find your fixations rather revealing.
There was a CARM poster, by the name of "supersport". He claimed that gay men were spreading diseases to straight me, and that all straight men were constantly being "tempted" by homosexuality.
Eventually I was able to get him to admit that he had picked up an STD from using gay prostitutes. I explained that, no, not all men are tempted by homosexuality.
He was amazed and baffled by this. He was especially confused that I, as an atheist, was not living in a constant gay sex orgy. He could not wrap his head around the idea that I simply have no interest in having sex with men. He looked for ways to blame the men he had sex with, for his being attracted to them. He insisted that they were constantly tempting him.

A trans woman is pretty easy to spot if you are getting close enough to ask them to have sex with you.
If nobody forced him to do anything... he had the choice to not have sex with the tall and butch woman with the deep and husky voice. The woman with the large hands, and the adams apple.

That said, ANY rape ought to be illegal.
But lets not confuse rape with second thoughts

That's a very interesting insight into supersport. Was that revelation on the public forums? I missed it if so. He was such good fun. I remember his defence of "eye beams" and his strong support for coffee enemas.

It was a series of fragments in both the public forums, and in PM.
He had a tendency to shoot himself in both feet that way.
It took a few years to wring the truth out from him. But I had a few suspicions from the start.
Nobody is THAT obsessively homophobic unless they have some fabulous shoes in their closet.

I think that this whole thread is based on a fraud. Imagine a video of a young woman who claims that she was deceived into having sex with a black man, thinking he was white, because he failed to disclose a black grandmother. Would this justify legislation specifically banning black men from raping white women? Of course not. Current legislation will suffice. It is the same with the idea behind this thread. The demonisation of trans people. We have already seen an invented furore over trans people using public rest rooms on the grounds of non-existent risk of assaults. Then there were the supposed hordes of male athletes desparate for a sex change so that they could compete as women and win the school sports. I expect there to be further scare stories about trans nurses, trans midwives or trans primary school teachers. All with the same not so subtle message: if you are trans, you must be a danger to others.

If genuine offences are committed, they can be investigated and prosecuted whether the offender is trans or not. There is no need for specific legislation targeting trans people. If you are concerned about the possibility of being conned into sleeping with a trans person, then just include the phrase, "Excuse me, but are you trans?" into your chat up routine. I sure it will go well.

Is this a biological man or a biological woman in the attached picture?

Some say the adams apple can be removed or shaved.

Do you think it is always possible to tell if a trans person is not the sex they look like?

Why does it matter? If you are unsure, ask. If you can't tell, so what?

It matters because some heterosexual biological men don't want to put there private into another biological man.

It matters because some don't want to have sex with someone they don't want to have sex with where they judge who they have sex with based upon them being a biological man or a biological woman.

If a person wants a biological woman, then they want to have sex with a biological woman and not a biological man.

If a person wants a biological man, then they want to have sex with a biological man and not a biological woman.

I can understand how this is not that serious to some because of their mindset as it relates to trans people. If they don't see a problem with them than they probably won't see a problem with the sex issue. And I can also understand how this is not serious to some because of how they view sex. If sexual intercourse and sex activities are not a big deal to them than a heterosexual biological putting his private into an unwanted biological man is not a big deal to them.

To them it might be related to eating something spoiled. They just move on.

This tells me how good is bad and bad is good. Immorality and reporbation seems to be taking over. Bad liberals have to much power and influence. The brainwashing is real.

Then don't. If you are forced to do so against your will, current laws apply.

See above. It isn't rocket science. If this matters to you, avoid circumstances where it is likely to happen. This is hardly a new phenomenon. Women impersonating men and vice versa have been with us for centuries in every culture. Why do you think new measures are needed now?

Am I in the same room with her?
You do understand that the pic you posted is so heavily filtered that all identifiers have been washed away... right?
Put the same woman on a park bench beside me, and let me talk directly with her for 5 minutes. Then I can tell you.
