The entirety of the court’s order read, “The application for injunctive relief presented to Justice [Samuel] Alito and by him referred to the Court is denied.”

Yup. They make it seem like they're not going to have their time wasted.

I wonder how the rightwing supporters of this so-called president square the knot: one of the very few successes that can be credited to the orange fascist are his SCOTUS appointments. All three have been hard-conservatives - and all three refused to give his legal team the time of day.

God Bless Texas – State AG Files Direct 2020 Election Challenge Lawsuit With Supreme Court

Notice the far left author of this thread doesn't mention this case because she hates our President.

The lawsuit states: “these non-legislative changes … facilitated the casting and counting of ballots in violation of state law, which, in turn, violated the Electors Clause of Article II, Section 1, Clause 2 of the U.S. Constitution.” […] “By these unlawful acts, the Defendant States have not only tainted the integrity of their own citizens vote, but their actions have also debased the votes of citizens in Plaintiff State and other States that remained loyal to the Constitution.”

One of the best responses is from the comments section here:

Trump lost the electoral college. He lost the popular vote by 7 million. With the recounts, Trump lost Georgia 3 times. He lost Wisconsin twice. worse after the recount. He lost over 40 lawsuits in Michigan, Arizona, Georgia, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania. He lost trying to get state legislatures to overturn the will of the people. Now, he lost an appeal to the Supreme Court. He lost more than any other presidential candidate in history. Most losing-ist of the losers. And he is a bad loser, even among bad losers.

Thanks, Mr Slippery, whoever you are.

Pennsylvania’s House of Representatives Joins Texas in Suit Against Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan and Georgia

Looks like the crooked left wingers started crowing to early.
Why is criminal conduct important to the left?

Gee, what a shock. More Trumpites join in to try to steal the election.

There are no crooked left wingers involved. Just the crooked Trumpites trying to steal the election.
Why is criminal conduct important to the left?
Stopping it is important to the left - helping Trump to commit it is important to the right.

EveryFake News addict should be aware how much Biden lied. How much cheating happened in the elections.
They show awareness of huge voting fraud by their noise when a left wing judge at thestatelevel dismisses a case.

Zero evidence of fraud.

Judges who have dismissed cases so far include Republican-appointed and some Trump-appointed judges. Not quote 'left wing judge's.

The case is not denied. The temporary injunction is. I take you have no legal training and hate conservatives and clean elections.

Two dissenting Justices: Alito and Thomas.

However, their dissent was limited, in that they felt Texas should have the right to file this case elsewhere.

So, yeah, all 9 said "go away", but only 7 said Texas has no standing to file this case.

EDIT: I misspoke above. The dissenters felt that Texas should have had the right to file the case with the SCOTUS (re. the rest did not). Those two also stated they agreed that the case should be dismissed, though.
