Galatians 3:27
For all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ.

Romans 6:3
Or do you not know that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus have been baptized into His death?

Since being "baptized into Christ" in Romans 6:3 refers to the baptism with the Holy Spirit, the same is true here in Galatians 3:27.

Notice that the beginning of Galatians 3 the focus in on the Holy Spirit - not water baptism.

Galatians 3:1-5
(1) You foolish Galatians, who has bewitched you, before whose eyes Jesus Christ was publicly portrayed as crucified?
(2) This is the only thing I want to find out from you: did you receive the Spirit by the works of the Law, or by hearing with faith?
(3) Are you so foolish? Having begun by the Spirit, are you now being perfected by the flesh?
(4) Did you suffer so many things in vain—if indeed it was in vain?
(5) So then, does He who provides you with the Spirit and works miracles among you, do it by the works of the Law, or by hearing with faith?

When one receives the Spirit (v. 2) is the beginning of their Christian life (3:3).

The same Greek word for "received" in Galatians 3:2 is used in reference to the Gentiles in Acts 10:47 before their water baptism in Acts 10:48.
Acts 10:47-48
(47) “Surely no one can refuse the water for these to be baptized who have received the Holy Spirit just as we did, can he?”
(48) And he ordered them to be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. Then they asked him to stay on for a few days.

There are two other important points:
1. At the same moment when one receives the promise of the Spirit through faith (v. 14) - through faith (v. 26) - is when this "baptism" (v. 27) takes place.

2. Since Cornelius and the other Gentiles with him received the promise of the Spirit (Acts 10:47) proves the blessing of Abraham belonged to them (Galatians 3:14), and as such they were Abraham's descendant's (Christians) before their water baptism (Galatians 3:29; cf. Acts 10:48).

Galatians 3:14, 26-29
(14) in order that in Christ Jesus the blessing of Abraham might come to the Gentiles, so that we would receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
(26) For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus.
(27) For all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ.
(28) There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free man, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus.
(29) And if you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham's descendants, heirs according to promise.

Yes the same One who came to Jesus by His Spirit in Matt 3:16 and revealed in him who He is and opened all of His heaven in that man.

AT the moment that God comes to an individual as He did in Jesus, that old man of the laws of the temples dies and the new man of God emerges out from it.

Amen and that started with Adam, he was the first to recieve knowledge from God and became like Him to know this difference. Abraham, Moses, Jesus in Matt 3:16, 120 in an upper room all received form God His Spirit, or mind Spirit is referred to.

Yes for sure, and begin to walk as He walks in His same light as Jesus did after Matt 3:16 and not before.

Jesus referred to his new man from the event in Matt 3:16 where God Himself manifested Himself in that man as-- Born Again with the renewing of the mind to have knowledge from God Himself that he had not known before to have His same mind that is anointed of God, which is Christ in you.
