That is Gehenna, a garbage dump.
Let's talk about another name for Gehenna, which is 'Tophet'.
Tophet is a mysterious word that many have tried to translate. Some say it meant the 'beating of drums', however I believe the Word of God gives us the answer...
Isaiah 30:33 (KJV)
For Tophet is ordained of old; yea, for the king it is prepared; he hath made it deep and large: the pile thereof is fire and much wood; the breath of the LORD, like a stream of brimstone, doth kindle it.
Now let us look at another translation...
Isaiah 30:33 (KJV) (JPS Tanakh 1917)
"For a hearth is ordered of old; Yea, for the king it is prepared, Deep and large; The pile thereof is fire and much wood; The breath of the LORD, like a stream of brimstone, doth kindle it."
Now we have our first clue as to what Tophet... aka... Gehenna... aka... the Lake of Fire is.
It is a Hearth. What is a Hearth in Scripture? It is the place where Sacrifices are made. Sometimes, it is a HUMAN SACRIFICE...
Isaiah 29:2 (New International Version)
Yet I will besiege Ariel; she will mourn and lament, she will be to me like an altar hearth. <- That word is Ariel BTW.
Some believe that Ariel is Uriel, the Angel of the Flaming Sword of the Garden of Eden. Remember what I said about 'passing through the fire'?
The Flaming Sword of Eden is in reference to Tophet, where the Unsaved go. Now, here is where things get even more interesting...
The 'Hearth', where sacrifices are made, is in reference to the Goddess of the Hearth. Who is she? HESTIA!
Who is Hestia? Why she is none other than the brother of Hades! Anyone heard of Hades before?
Tophet is the Goddess of the Hearth and where the Unsaved go. Note that Hestia is the same as Vesta...
Hestia and Vesta are the 'Eternal Flame' and the 'Everlasting Fire'...
"Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:"
Now, is everyone ready for the punchline? Guess what Vesta looked like?
"The myths depicting Vesta and her priestesses were few, and were limited to tales of miraculous impregnation by a phallus appearing in the flames of the hearth—the manifestation of the goddess."
Yep. You heard that right. Gehenna, aka... where babies come from... aka... the Lake of Fire is a picture of a Phallus impregnating a Womb.
Matthew 23:15 (Berean Literal Bible)
"Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you traverse the sea and the dry land to make one convert, and whenever it may happen, you make him twofold more a son of Gehenna than yourselves."
