The most important election of all.

Today seems like an appropriate time to be reminded of the most important election of all: "Therefore, brethren, be even more diligent to make your call and election sure..." (2 Pet. 1:10) It's the only election we will still care about 100 years from now!

The hardline Pro-abortion tribes sure said it was important. They had hopes of an abortion supporting pair of sexual predators winning and appointing a pro-abortion judge.

If Trump wins, God spares America for another 4 years. If Biden wins, it's God's judgment on America.

Even though the SCOTUS is 6 - 3 conservatives (or, in actuality 5.5 - 3.5 because Roberts is a wishy-washy conservative),
overturning Roe v Wade would not make abortion illegal, it would just allow each state to determine its own rules.
When asked if the Supreme Court might consider the abortion issue soon, President Trump said "it's certainly possible".
He added: "Maybe they would do it in a different way. Maybe they would give it back to the states. You just don't know what's going to happen."

Watching FOX News tonight, 71% of Americans are in favour of keeping abortion legal, only 29% against.

Same with SSM - which is even more less likely to be overturned. Best bet is the SCOTUS will be more tolerant of things that hinder access to that right. The Court ruled in favor of a baker who didn’t want to make a cake for a same-sex wedding but did so on extremely narrow grounds. It’s possible that the Court may now be more sympathetic to florists, caterers, photographers, and other wedding professionals who don’t want to provide their services to a same-sex wedding.

According to Pew Research, more than 60% of Americans support same-sex marriage, including a clear majority of “Republican leaners.” Only 37% of Republicans support same-sex marriage, but President Trump has called same-sex marriage a settled issue without provoking any significant backlash. Even if the Court were a strictly partisan institution, which it isn’t, this is not the issue the justices would expend political capital on.

But, we can only hope...&, more importantly, pray & stand united against two abominations in the eyes of the LORD!
