P.Oxy 3.353. This one's pretty packed, and a nice vocab workout. I almost didn't post this one due to it's length, but then "The More Greek the Better" occurred to me... :). There a few lacunae, and this manuscript has corrections written above the lines (see the note below).

A letter from a father to his son and another person, giving them directions on various matters of business.

On the verso

30 ἀπόδος Ἀπίωνι υἱῶι καὶ Ὡρίωνι.

3. α της above the line. ϋμε[ι]ν Pap.; 6. νομικω above the line.; 21. αντ εμου above the line.; 22. ον of προνοησον corr. from αι.; 28. ων π corr.
3. καὶ Ὡρίωνι γράφω seems to be a compressed way of saying λέγω καὶ Ὡρίωνι γεγραφέναι.
4. For an example of a διαστολικόν see 516.
5. Βελεη . ( ): above η is what looks more like a rough breathing than any letter.
14. στομάχου[ς]: this use of the word in the metaphorical sense of the Latin stomachus seems to be new.
17. Πα[βέ]ρκη ἀπηλιώτου: sc. τοπαρχίας; cf. 101. 4–5, and for the omission of τοπαρχία 510. 3.

I don't *think* this was too bad. But I'm not at all sure about the nuances of the offices/officers or measures given.
Sorry to take so long to get back to this. It's been a long week and we did have the Contra Apionem discussion. A lot of this looks really good but a few suggestions along the way (and remind me not to do such a long one ever again):

5 δημοσιώσατε, from δημοσιόω, lit. "make public" hence "issue, distribute" in this context.
6 Φαῶφ[ι I think is the name of a month.
8 τοῦ probably "the man..." (If you were around in the 60's or 70's that had a special meaning, but not here... :) )
11 τὸν often used possessively, the possessor determined from context. Also "Let the farmers run the risk..."
16 κερματίου lit. "small coin" hence "change."
24 Ἑρμαίσκ[ο]υ, yes I think "son of..."
26 G&F render "Tell Dionysius son of Epimachus, ex-chief-priest, that I petitioned the dioecetes about the revenue in order that a reduction might be made in the fine of Sarapion son of Phanias."
29 ἐρρῶσθαι ὑμᾶς εὔχομαι "I pray that you are well."

Don't worry about the background and specifics, you certainly did well.
