You don’t understand what calvin said much in the same way you don’t understand what an ad hominem is lol . I can’t help you with those things , ask Jesus for help I can’t help you .

I do understand what Calvin said.

He said the saints CANNOT LOSE SALVATION.

It's you who misread Calvin's statement you cited -- as usual.

Calvin taught the comforting doctrine of preservation of the saints which teaches SALVATION CANNOT BE LOST.

You've misread your Calvin citation. ?

T- man can choose to hear, see and receive the gospel
U- all can choose to believe and receive as demonstrated in the parable of the 4 soils
L- all soils received the seed without exception
I- 3 soils resisted all but 1 soil remained faithful and did not resist
P- 3/4 soils ( minds/hearts )did not preserver in the faith

* And as we can see they all had life to begin with in each soil. Only something alive can be choked. You cannot choke the dead lol.
* And only something alive can be scorched by the Sun and withered.
* Only someone alive can receive the word in the heart and have it snatched away
* Only someone alive can receive the word with Joy and endure for a while

Who prepares the good soil? Verse 11 shoots your theory down. And yes all were alive physically, but DEAD spiritually. They could not understand because it was not meant for them to understand as per v. 11
 
Jesus said the sheep was lost and the shepherd went after the lost sheep to find him/it.
