Strange comment, since you are the one confidently proposing in this thread that all of the New Testament writers were multi-lingual.Amazing how you speak with such confidence over issues frequently debated by real scholars.
You should know, oh noisy barrel. It's all easy when you just make things up!
Everyone here knows you are "The real noisy barrel!"You should know, oh noisy barrel.
Are you trying to suggest that the biblical writers could speak Greek fluently but could not write the language ? If not, what point are you trying to make, Empty Barrel? As I explained to you yesterday, or so I thought, literacy (reading and writing) is only half of language competency. I know a couple people who can speak Chinese fluently but cannot write in the language.
No. I was saying only that it is possible. I was very clear: I think they were fluent in every sense of the word. Are you trying to suggest that the biblical writers could speak Greek fluently but could not write the language ? If not, what point are you trying to make, Empty Barrel?
See, spoken like a true Fredo. Did your more competent brother not just chide me for something which you are still doing:No. I was saying only that it is possible. I was very clear: I think they were fluent in every sense of the word.
What a joke you are!See, spoken like a true Fredo. Did your more competent brother not just chide me for something which you are still doing:
