As I explained to you yesterday, or so I thought, literacy (reading and writing) is only half of language competency. I know a couple people who can speak Chinese fluently but cannot write in the language.
Are you trying to suggest that the biblical writers could speak Greek fluently but could not write the language ? If not, what point are you trying to make, Empty Barrel?

No. I was saying only that it is possible. I was very clear: I think they were fluent in every sense of the word.
See, spoken like a true Fredo. Did your more competent brother not just chide me for something which you are still doing:

“Amazing how you speak with such confidence over issues frequently debated by real scholars.”

You should have taken a cue.
