As most of you are aware, we had a crash to forums and were down for over two days a while back. We did have to do an upgrade to the vbulletin software to fix the forums and that has created changes, VB no longer provide the hybrid or threaded forums. There are some issues/changes to the forums we are not able to fix or change. Also note the link address change, please let friends and posters know of the changed link to the forums. For now this is the only link available, https://forums.carm.org/vb5/ but if clicking on forum on carm.org homepage it will now send you to this link. (edited to add https: now working.

Again, we are working through some of the posting and viewing issues to learn how to post with the changes, you will have to check and test the different features, icons that have changed. You may also want to go to profile settings, since many of the notifications, information in profile, also to update/edit your avatar by clicking on avatar space, pull down arrow next to login for user settings.

Edit to add "How to read forums, to make it easier."
Pull down arrow next to login name upper right select profile, or user settings when page opens to profile, select link in tab that says Account. Then select/choose options, go down to Conversation Detail Options, Select Display mode Posts, NOT Activity, that selection of Posts will make the pages of discussions go to last post on last page rather than out of order that happens if you choose activity threads. Then be sure to go to bottom and select SAVE Changes in your profile options. You can then follow discussions by going through the pages, to the last page having latest responses. Then click on the other links Privacy, Notifications, to select viewing options, the forums get easier if you open all the tabs or links in your profile, user settings and select options. To join Super Member, pull down arrow next to login name, select User Settings and then click on tab/link at top that says Subscriptions.

Thank you for your patience and God Bless.

    12. Moreover it was not only the prerogative of the Most Holy Mother to have furnished the
material of His flesh to the Only Son of God, Who was to be born with human members (S. Bede
Ven. L. Iv. in Luc. xl.), of which material should be prepared the Victim for the salvation of men; but
hers was also the office of tending and nourishing that Victim, and at the appointed time
presenting Him for the sacrifice. Hence that uninterrupted community of life and labors of the Son
and the Mother, so that of both might have been uttered the words of the Psalmist"My life is
consumed in sorrow and my years in groans" (Ps xxx., 11). When the supreme hour of the Son
came, beside the Cross of Jesus there stood Mary His Mother, not merely occupied in
contemplating the cruel spectacle, but rejoicing that her Only Son was offered for the salvation of
mankind, and so entirely participating in His Passion, that if it had been possible she would have
gladly borne all the torments that her Son bore (S. Bonav. 1. Sent d. 48, ad Litt. dub. 4). And from
this community of will and suffering between Christ and Mary she merited to become most worthily
the Reparatrix of the lost world (Eadmeri Mon. De Excellentia Virg. Mariae, c. 9) and Dispensatrix
of all the gifts that Our Savior purchased for us by His Death and by His Blood.

(AD DIEM ILLUM LAETISSIMUM - ENCYCLICAL OF POPE PIUS X)

4...The Eternal Son of God, about to take upon Him our nature for the saving and ennobling of man, and about to consummate thus a mystical union between Himself and all mankind, did not accomplish His design without adding there the free consent of the elect Mother, who represented in some sort all human kind, according to the illustrious and just opinion of St. Thomas, who says that the Annunciation was effected with the consent of the Virgin standing in the place of humanity.(5) With equal truth may it be also affirmed that, by the will of God, Mary is the intermediary through whom is distributed unto us this immense treasure of mercies gathered by God, for mercy and truth were created by Jesus Christ.(6) Thus as no man goeth to the Father but by the Son, so no man goeth to Christ but by His Mother.

(OCTOBRI MENSE - ENCYCLICAL Of POPE LEO XIII ON THE ROSARY)

Equal truth, my foot. You haven't got one single, solitary shred of evidence that this is the will of God.

Your Church will one day have to account for their lies and the utter disdain they have for the Holy Spirit.

          nan,

The OP was not directed towards "fake born agains". It was directed towards the Catholic faithful. But I'm not surprised that "fake evangelicals" would chime in and express their total disdain for the Catholic faith.

It falls under the category of "God's Word" and not Scripture. That gives Catholicism a wide band to continue expanding their false teachings under the pretense it's God's Word without NO evidence for it. Nothing like blindly following something that tickles the ear.

(1 Cor 4:6) .......... that you may learn in us
not to think BEYOND WHAT IS WRITTEN.

But recall only those foundational prophets and apostles
to maintain a pure mind (Eph 2:20, 2 Pet 3:1-2).

Jesus warned no to believe those false apostles,
                    who present a false Christ
                    in their
inner rooms - tabernacles (Mat 24:26)
There will be a Great Awakening to the Apostolic Canon.

Which is ordered by God and contains only
foundational prophets and apostles (Eph 2:20, 2 Pet 3:1-2)

But sleepy Christendom became intoxicated (Rev 17:2).
on the poisonous darnel in the 'Roman Canon' (Mat 13:25),
which was compiled by UNINSPIRED early church FATHERS
