As most of you are aware, we had a crash to forums and were down for over two days a while back. We did have to do an upgrade to the vbulletin software to fix the forums and that has created changes, VB no longer provide the hybrid or threaded forums. There are some issues/changes to the forums we are not able to fix or change. Also note the link address change, please let friends and posters know of the changed link to the forums. For now this is the only link available, https://forums.carm.org/vb5/ but if clicking on forum on carm.org homepage it will now send you to this link. (edited to add https: now working.

Again, we are working through some of the posting and viewing issues to learn how to post with the changes, you will have to check and test the different features, icons that have changed. You may also want to go to profile settings, since many of the notifications, information in profile, also to update/edit your avatar by clicking on avatar space, pull down arrow next to login for user settings.

Edit to add "How to read forums, to make it easier."
Pull down arrow next to login name upper right select profile, or user settings when page opens to profile, select link in tab that says Account. Then select/choose options, go down to Conversation Detail Options, Select Display mode Posts, NOT Activity, that selection of Posts will make the pages of discussions go to last post on last page rather than out of order that happens if you choose activity threads. Then be sure to go to bottom and select SAVE Changes in your profile options. You can then follow discussions by going through the pages, to the last page having latest responses. Then click on the other links Privacy, Notifications, to select viewing options, the forums get easier if you open all the tabs or links in your profile, user settings and select options. To join Super Member, pull down arrow next to login name, select User Settings and then click on tab/link at top that says Subscriptions.

Thank you for your patience and God Bless.

There will be a Great Awakening to the Apostolic Canon.

Which is ordered by God and contains only
foundational prophets and apostles (Eph 2:20, 2 Pet 3:1-2)

But sleepy Christendom became intoxicated (Rev 17:2).
on the poisonous darnel in the 'Roman Canon' (Mat 13:25),
which was compiled by UNINSPIRED early church FATHERS

This question is not even a matter of doctrine. It is clear biblical instruction that all can know and trust in.

Romans 6 15 What then? Should we sin because we are not under law but under grace? By no means! 16 Do you not know that if you present yourselves to anyone as obedient slaves, you are slaves of the one whom you obey, either of sin, which leads to death, or of obedience, which leads to righteousness? 17 But thanks be to God that you, having once been slaves of sin, have become obedient from the heart to the form of teaching to which you were entrusted, 18 and that you, having been set free from sin, have become slaves of righteousness. 19 I am speaking in human terms because of your natural limitations. For just as you once presented your members as slaves to impurity and to greater and greater iniquity, so now present your members as slaves to righteousness for sanctification.

20 When you were slaves of sin, you were free in regard to righteousness. 21 So what advantage did you then get from the things of which you now are ashamed? The end of those things is death. 22 But now that you have been freed from sin and enslaved to God, the advantage you get is sanctification. The end is eternal life. 23 For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Romans 6 ........ you, having been set free from sin, have become slaves of righteousness.
      That is the Catholic delusion;

claiming a righteousness, which no Catholic finds credible
and trying to overcome sin with sacerdotalism.

That is an excellent question, as Jesus said:
Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again,
he cannot see the kingdom of God.
        (Jn 3:3).

        This alone should nullify:

seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness (Mt 6:33).

        However it doesn't,
as seeking as a priority expresses a desire, which will be answered.

This is a problem for many,
as they rely on their own opinions and refuse to die to self.

and all these things shall be added to you (Mt 6:33).

Is not life more than food (Mt 6:25).
Wisdom shall be added unto you,
which is access to the Father
through the powerful presence of the Holy Spirit.
