What are your thoughts on the current Amazon Synod?
What will be accomplished? Do you believe there will be any earth shattering or church destroying resolutions come from it?
How will it affect the church overall?
For those who believe, no explanation is necessary. For those who don't, no explanation will suffice. Unknowm Author

It’s just incorporating a little paganism into the Novus Ordo sect. CARM “Catholics” will embrace it.
"The Holy Roman Church condemns, rejects, anathematizes and declares to be outside the Body of Christ, which is the Church, whoever holds opposing or contrary views.” Pope Eugene IV, Council of Florence

The RCC is full of paganism - has been from its beginning.

The debt I owed was canceled in the twinkling of an eye."

They were talking on the radio here in Pittsburgh on KDKA that the RCC is thinking about priests getting married. That would be a big change, even for people who aren't Catholic. Seeing priests in uniform out in nightclubs, restaurants and movie houses with their dates would be different. Would Catholic fathers allow their daughters to go out with a priest?

It will just add to the blasphemy that is already there ... the question is will this bring about another split ..

The liberals and the homosexuals have taken over Rome.. the gates of hell have won the battle a long time ago ...

                Probably.

Gay Marriage is definitely on the Magisterium's "to-do" list.

It really depends on what the RCC is more important. Priest being allowed to get married or the PC institution of Gay Marriage. They could easily come down together.

A big issue appears to be expanded ordination of married men as priests. I say expanded because Eastern Catholics have continued the tradition of ordaining married men to the priesthood, which is a practice that Western Church abandoned in the Middle Ages. The Eastern tradition is to allow the ordination of married men, but priests are not allowed to marry or remarry.

As far as the ordination of married men to the priesthood consider this bible verse:

Don't we have the right to take a believing wife along with us, as do the other apostles and the Lord's brothers and Cephas? 1 Cor 9:5

Cephas is, of course, another name for Peter, the first Pope.

The Eastern Church has history of ordaining women as deacons, and some Orthodox churches have women deacons. Women deacons do not serve at the altar, and they do not have the same responsibilities as male deacons.

There is no tradition of women priests.

That statement actually sounds like it came from a detested protestant!

The Novus Ordo sect is not Catholic. It is a false religion that calls itself Catholic, but in no way resembles the Catholic Church, nor does it adhere to the doctrines, liturgy or disciplines of the Catholic Church. Jorge Bergoglio is not Catholic, he is a flaming apostate and he is in no way the pope.
