As most of you are aware, we had a crash to forums and were down for over two days a while back. We did have to do an upgrade to the vbulletin software to fix the forums and that has created changes, VB no longer provide the hybrid or threaded forums. There are some issues/changes to the forums we are not able to fix or change. Also note the link address change, please let friends and posters know of the changed link to the forums. For now this is the only link available, https://forums.carm.org/vb5/ but if clicking on forum on carm.org homepage it will now send you to this link. (edited to add https: now working.

Again, we are working through some of the posting and viewing issues to learn how to post with the changes, you will have to check and test the different features, icons that have changed. You may also want to go to profile settings, since many of the notifications, information in profile, also to update/edit your avatar by clicking on avatar space, pull down arrow next to login for user settings.

Edit to add "How to read forums, to make it easier."
Pull down arrow next to login name upper right select profile, or user settings when page opens to profile, select link in tab that says Account. Then select/choose options, go down to Conversation Detail Options, Select Display mode Posts, NOT Activity, that selection of Posts will make the pages of discussions go to last post on last page rather than out of order that happens if you choose activity threads. Then be sure to go to bottom and select SAVE Changes in your profile options. You can then follow discussions by going through the pages, to the last page having latest responses. Then click on the other links Privacy, Notifications, to select viewing options, the forums get easier if you open all the tabs or links in your profile, user settings and select options. To join Super Member, pull down arrow next to login name, select User Settings and then click on tab/link at top that says Subscriptions.

Thank you for your patience and God Bless.

Your seared conscience is making it difficult for you to discern what's good.

Yes, which is why God sent the Son into the world to reconcile humanity back to God and thus fear is exposed and overcome.

Do you believe that God was in Christ reconciling the world unto himself? Is Jesus atonement a success or is whitewashed so it has no meaning, power or effect!

Clearly Christ overcame death and we who believe overcome through Him.
And this is the victory that has overcome the worldó]our faith ... in Jesus the Son of God.

Life and Judgment Are Through the Son
Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life. John 5

There are different kind of judgements for the believer and unbeliever. Do you know how these judgements work?

There is a judgement that the believer has not to any more got through but there is another kind of judgement that is very necessary for the believer.

Now Greg, you're just blatantly ignoring your prophetess' advice never to say that you're saved. Besides, in EGW's point of view, "working righteousness" was seeking to do the best of your ability to keep the law to obtain the inheritance of faith.

Greg Replied - Mathias - I am not going against Jesus' prophet but against your assumptions. EGWs point of view is that works of righteousness come from the power of the Holy Spirit leading and guiding God's children to do like Jesus did.

But when we fall short [miss the mark] we are judged by the Lord, we are disciplined [by undergoing His correction] so that we will not be condemned [to eternal punishment] along with the world. 1 Corinthians 11:32 (AMP)

Now if you are exempt from correction and without discipline, in which all [of God's children] share, then you are illegitimate children and not sons [at all]. Hebrews 12:8

What does a believer have in common with an unbeliever? 16 What agreement is there between the temple of God and idols? For we are the temple of the living God; 2 Corinthians 6:14-16

The judgement of the unbeliever is death but the believer has life but his life is lived by faith and goes through sanctification and receives correction.

However, the judgement of death is not eternal but in fact death will be demolished when the carnal mind is overcome when God delivers one out of death.

Your doctrine of demons won't help you in hell.

They will pay the penalty of everlasting destruction, banished from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His power; 2 Thess 1:9

                            Do Not Neglect Salvation
2 For if the word spoken through angels proved steadfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just reward, 3 how shall we escape if we neglect so great a salvation, which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed to us by those who heard Him, 4 God also bearing witness...

In bringing many sons and daughters to glory, it was fitting that God, for whom and through whom everything exists, should make the pioneer of their salvation perfect through what He suffered. 11 Both the one who makes people holy and those who are made holy are of the same family.

Inasmuch then as the children have partaken of flesh and blood, He Himself likewise shared in the same, that through death He might destroy him who had the power of death, that is, the devil, 15 and release those who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage. 16 For indeed He does not give aid to angels, but He does give aid to the seed of Abraham. Heb 2
