As most of you are aware, we had a crash to forums and were down for over two days a while back. We did have to do an upgrade to the vbulletin software to fix the forums and that has created changes, VB no longer provide the hybrid or threaded forums. There are some issues/changes to the forums we are not able to fix or change. Also note the link address change, please let friends and posters know of the changed link to the forums. For now this is the only link available, https://forums.carm.org/vb5/ but if clicking on forum on carm.org homepage it will now send you to this link. (edited to add https: now working.

Again, we are working through some of the posting and viewing issues to learn how to post with the changes, you will have to check and test the different features, icons that have changed. You may also want to go to profile settings, since many of the notifications, information in profile, also to update/edit your avatar by clicking on avatar space, pull down arrow next to login for user settings.

Edit to add "How to read forums, to make it easier."
Pull down arrow next to login name upper right select profile, or user settings when page opens to profile, select link in tab that says Account. Then select/choose options, go down to Conversation Detail Options, Select Display mode Posts, NOT Activity, that selection of Posts will make the pages of discussions go to last post on last page rather than out of order that happens if you choose activity threads. Then be sure to go to bottom and select SAVE Changes in your profile options. You can then follow discussions by going through the pages, to the last page having latest responses. Then click on the other links Privacy, Notifications, to select viewing options, the forums get easier if you open all the tabs or links in your profile, user settings and select options. To join Super Member, pull down arrow next to login name, select User Settings and then click on tab/link at top that says Subscriptions.

Thank you for your patience and God Bless.

I cannot tell you what a miracle this is but IT IS and it is the result of prayer! Thank you again very much.

And you and yours be very Blessed this Christmas as we celebrate the entrance of our Lord, the Son of God, into our world to save us!

Thanks Michael! I didn't answer you right away because this board is slow these days and it was really nice to see your name up there on top the last few days when I opened this page to see if there was anything of interest. I pray the Lord blesses you beyond your imagination this year for His glory. And thank you for your prayers...

        Crickets. No word from Michael.

Michael, would you consider discussing your thesis "The Son of God was in relationship with his Father as a divine person before his birth in Bethlehem."? I'm not interested in debates.

As a former Oneness Pentecostal, I'd be interested in this discussion, as well.

I wasn't sure what you had settled on. Biblical Unitarianism?

In order to have a meaningful discussion, I have two suggestions...

1.) Add a word to your thesis...
"The Son of God was in relationship with his Father as a distinct divine person before his birth in Bethlehem."
2.) Add an agreed upon definition for the word "person".

God our father is the holy spirit called the LORD, and Jesus is the LORD in the flesh.

The LORD is God Dt 6:4 The LORD is our father Is 64:8 The LORD is holy Is 6:3 God is spirit Jn 4:24 God manifest in the flesh 1 Ti 3:16 Jesus is Lord 1 Co 12:3

Yep, but I still hold the Oneness Pentecostalism's view on Acts 2:38 as the NT plan of salvation. I've found that my view best harmonizes with the Apostles' view of God and salvation in Acts.

                    Me too.

Well, I don't see this debate in the debate section. So I suppose something came up to derail it.

If there is anyone willing, let's talk about how we could put together something, either in written or live form.
I've had a couple of debates, against JWs, Christadelphians, LDS and Oneness and would be interested in a YouTube debate, where a title is agreed and both parties then post short videos to their channels but also into a common playlist. My channel is Christian Comedy Channel and it has Oneness, JW, LDS and Debate playlists.

                          Are you trinitarian or oneness?
