As most of you are aware, we had a crash to forums and were down for over two days a while back. We did have to do an upgrade to the vbulletin software to fix the forums and that has created changes, VB no longer provide the hybrid or threaded forums. There are some issues/changes to the forums we are not able to fix or change. Also note the link address change, please let friends and posters know of the changed link to the forums. For now this is the only link available, https://forums.carm.org/vb5/ but if clicking on forum on carm.org homepage it will now send you to this link. (edited to add https: now working.

Again, we are working through some of the posting and viewing issues to learn how to post with the changes, you will have to check and test the different features, icons that have changed. You may also want to go to profile settings, since many of the notifications, information in profile, also to update/edit your avatar by clicking on avatar space, pull down arrow next to login for user settings.

Edit to add "How to read forums, to make it easier."
Pull down arrow next to login name upper right select profile, or user settings when page opens to profile, select link in tab that says Account. Then select/choose options, go down to Conversation Detail Options, Select Display mode Posts, NOT Activity, that selection of Posts will make the pages of discussions go to last post on last page rather than out of order that happens if you choose activity threads. Then be sure to go to bottom and select SAVE Changes in your profile options. You can then follow discussions by going through the pages, to the last page having latest responses. Then click on the other links Privacy, Notifications, to select viewing options, the forums get easier if you open all the tabs or links in your profile, user settings and select options. To join Super Member, pull down arrow next to login name, select User Settings and then click on tab/link at top that says Subscriptions.

Thank you for your patience and God Bless.

Land is Needed for Brothers in Christ to Serve the Lord in a Higher Capacity

Alone, a brother in Christ is at a disadvantage. A brother in Christ should not be physically separated from the company of brothers in Christ, being roommates or neighbors. For a brother in Christ to be separated is to leave him surrounded by unbelievers, some of whom are dedicated to harming or murdering him.

    2 Corinthians 6:17 New American Standard 1977
“Therefore, come out from their midst and be separate,” says the Lord.
    “And do not touch what is unclean;

John 15:18 New American Standard 1977
“If the world hates you, you know that it has hated Me before it hated you.
    -----

Add to this disadvantage, the brother very likely has demons inside of him that work to kill him. And, there are demons outside of him that work with the demon inside of him. The brother's demons are to be cast out.(removed). Until the demons are cast out, his best way to survive them is to be around brothers in Christ and physically away from unbelievers.

Evangelism in person should only be done by brothers in Christ who are trained, have had their demons cast out, and are accompanied by at least one other brother in Christ. This is to best ensure a brother's safety. The best way to cast out a brother's demons is in the presence of other brothers in Christ, with one or more brothers casting out the demons. Until then, evangelism should be done through the internet or other means from a distance.

There currently is no property in the United States set aside for this purpose. And that is, for brothers in Christ to live as roommates or neighbors, away from unbelievers, to cast out each other's demons, be healed, make disciples, do the word of God, and serve the Lord in a higher capacity.

...and yet "Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, 'All authority has been given to me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.' (Mt. 28:18-20)”

How do you propose we the elect saints do that if we isolate ourselves from the world?

Do you understand Paul traveled from Jerusalem to Rome with a Roman ******, often chained to a Roman guard? Do you understand that other than that guard or the occasional temporary traveling companion in Barnabas or John Mark, etc. Paul was "physically separated from the company of brothers in Christ"? Do oyou realize that what you are expressing is a first-world problem? Many Christians living in areas of the globe hostile to Christianity believers don't have the options for community we have here.

In other words, do you understand how much thoughtless dross is contained in this op?

Would you please post scriptural support for the premise demons can and do dwell in the same vessel, the same creature, as the Holy Spirit. Maybe show us an example in scripture of demons living in a Christian.

Or... we could do as the apostle Peter directed God's elect, "Do not fear their intimidation and do not be troubled, but sanctify Christ as Lord in your hearts, always being ready to make a defense to everyone who asks you to give an account for the hope that is in you... (1 Pet. 314-15).

Clearly you should get out more.

"The earth is the LORD'S, and all it contains, The world, and those who dwell in it (Ps. 24:1)." Therefore all the property in the United States is set aside for God's purpose. There is no place on this planet The Creator created that is not His, His alone, and His to do with as He and He alone pleases.

Since you've joined the forum a month ago it has come to readers' attention your theology, your Christology, your demonology, your ecclesiology and are all wanting, as well as the method of wielding scripture and ability to receive valid and sincere well-meaning correction.

Here you have just been shown how God views the concerns of these ops according to a wholer view of His written word and the example of Jesus and his followers who historically overcame every competing worldview and culture we/they encountered. Will any of it be received?

    Next post will tell.
