As most of you are aware, we had a crash to forums and were down for over two days a while back. We did have to do an upgrade to the vbulletin software to fix the forums and that has created changes, VB no longer provide the hybrid or threaded forums. There are some issues/changes to the forums we are not able to fix or change. Also note the link address change, please let friends and posters know of the changed link to the forums. For now this is the only link available, https://forums.carm.org/vb5/ but if clicking on forum on carm.org homepage it will now send you to this link. (edited to add https: now working.

Again, we are working through some of the posting and viewing issues to learn how to post with the changes, you will have to check and test the different features, icons that have changed. You may also want to go to profile settings, since many of the notifications, information in profile, also to update/edit your avatar by clicking on avatar space, pull down arrow next to login for user settings.

Edit to add "How to read forums, to make it easier."
Pull down arrow next to login name upper right select profile, or user settings when page opens to profile, select link in tab that says Account. Then select/choose options, go down to Conversation Detail Options, Select Display mode Posts, NOT Activity, that selection of Posts will make the pages of discussions go to last post on last page rather than out of order that happens if you choose activity threads. Then be sure to go to bottom and select SAVE Changes in your profile options. You can then follow discussions by going through the pages, to the last page having latest responses. Then click on the other links Privacy, Notifications, to select viewing options, the forums get easier if you open all the tabs or links in your profile, user settings and select options. To join Super Member, pull down arrow next to login name, select User Settings and then click on tab/link at top that says Subscriptions.

Thank you for your patience and God Bless.

  • McCabe Goes Down

US attorney recommends proceeding with charges against McCabe, as DOJ rejects last-ditch appeal U.S. Attorney Jessie Liu has recommended moving forward with charges against Andrew McCabe, Fox News has learned, as the Justice Department rejects a last-ditch appeal from the former top FBI official and current CNN contributor. Quite likely not the last.

    He is first in line.

He was spying on Flynn several years ago. Flynn was a witness for a FBISpecial Agent Robyn Gritz who filed a sex discrimination case against McCabe. mcCabe sought revenge against her and Flynn.

It would be awkward if they shared a cell. Or how about this, what if McCabe gets sentenced first?

McCabe lawyered up. Now he will lawyer up some more with a new tranche of retainers.

He broke the law and got involved with his wife's losing campaign for office. He lawyered up to fight his termination. He lost his pension. Hillary gave them money.

Surely he went to CNN and drafted an employment agreement with a fat termination clause. Golden handshake.

He is the cause célèbre for the left right now.

Did not know about that aspect of it. McCabe has a past. Just read about it in American Spectator. All the drama...

I expect McCabe will claim his boss OK'd his deeds.

So that's what "goes down" means. I would have thought it would require a conviction.

Probably did if it was Lynch or Sally Yates or Comey but would not admit now. Either way, they could have cared less as long as it got Trump since they were assuming a Hillary victory. They were all in on in one way or another right up to Obama.

My goodness you missed your vocation as a lawyer, didn't you? There are so many objectionable statements in the above you would be on your knees in a court of law.
And the phrase is "Couldn't care less" NOT "Could care less." Think about it for thirty seconds.

Pssh. I thought indictments were big in the news biz.

But meanwhile where is CNN in this? They hired him to bash Trump on their network, despite him leaving the FBI in disgrace.

Sounds like some people in CNN know the depths the network has stooped to...

                          https://www.foxnews.com/media/cnn-co...-andrew-mccabe

Looks like CNN will stick by him for now I guess. If he ends up in a cell...perhaps he can give his commentary from there, heh.

I like the part of how CNN has kept him from any...debating situations on the network. Only agreeable people.

What's funny is that McCabe is being indicted for leaking information damaging to the Clinton campaign.

There hasn't been an indictment. This is an example of certain poster's rush to post the first thing that comes into their heads.
Not quote as idiotic as the OP's title, but brainless nevertheless. And DUH I am talking about the idea not the poster just in case someone gets an itchy trigger finger.
