As most of you are aware, we had a crash to forums and were down for over two days a while back. We did have to do an upgrade to the vbulletin software to fix the forums and that has created changes, VB no longer provide the hybrid or threaded forums. There are some issues/changes to the forums we are not able to fix or change. Also note the link address change, please let friends and posters know of the changed link to the forums. For now this is the only link available, https://forums.carm.org/vb5/ but if clicking on forum on carm.org homepage it will now send you to this link. (edited to add https: now working.

Again, we are working through some of the posting and viewing issues to learn how to post with the changes, you will have to check and test the different features, icons that have changed. You may also want to go to profile settings, since many of the notifications, information in profile, also to update/edit your avatar by clicking on avatar space, pull down arrow next to login for user settings.

Edit to add "How to read forums, to make it easier."
Pull down arrow next to login name upper right select profile, or user settings when page opens to profile, select link in tab that says Account. Then select/choose options, go down to Conversation Detail Options, Select Display mode Posts, NOT Activity, that selection of Posts will make the pages of discussions go to last post on last page rather than out of order that happens if you choose activity threads. Then be sure to go to bottom and select SAVE Changes in your profile options. You can then follow discussions by going through the pages, to the last page having latest responses. Then click on the other links Privacy, Notifications, to select viewing options, the forums get easier if you open all the tabs or links in your profile, user settings and select options. To join Super Member, pull down arrow next to login name, select User Settings and then click on tab/link at top that says Subscriptions.

Thank you for your patience and God Bless.

  • The Bible is Godís declaratory....

The Bible is Godís declaratory revelation to man containing the great truths about God, about man, about history, about salvation, and about prophecy that God wanted us to know. The Bible could be trusted just as much as if God had taken the pen and written the words Himself. John F. Walvoord

    Actually, He did.

God did take pen in hand and write His words to us in scrolls and parchment.

The battle now is do we believe we have what He wrote in our hands today or were they lost in the originals. This is where the rubber meets the road!

The Scripture CANNOT be broken. Today, we have in our hands the unbroken inerrant pure Word of God. God hates liars!!

It doesn't matter. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is in the stars and man can do NOTHING about it.

God will do all He has Promised to His people Israel.

Fortunately The PRESENCE OF GOD is still JUST AS available today as it was when the bible was originally recorded, so in lieu of the "Original autographs", we have direct access to the ORIGINAL AUTHOR, who in James, promises to supply WISDOM as required to those who seek him Single-mindedly.

          So no problem at all.

Men will not cease from deceiving their fellow men. You said God took a pen in hand and write His words to us in scrolls and parchment and then took this scrolls and parchment He wrote for us and kept them in the stars. My goodness! What man will prepare food for his children and then instead of giving it them, keeps it out of their reach? And if he does this, what will his children say about him? God knew men would come up with this type of ugly deception when He said:

If thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to keep his commandments and his statutes which are written in this book of the law, and if thou turn unto the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul. For this commandment which I command thee this day, it is not hidden from thee, neither is it far off. It is not in heaven, that thou shouldest say, Who shall go up for us to heaven, and bring it unto us, that we may hear it, and do it? Neither is it beyond the sea, that thou shouldest say, Who shall go over the sea for us, and bring it unto us, that we may hear it, and do it? But the word is very nigh unto thee, in thy mouth, and in thy heart, that thou mayest do it. Deu 30:10-14

Caught pants down trying to hide the Book God wrote in the stars where he nor his fellow men cannot reach.

No one is saying God will not keep His promises but those who say we don't have what God wrote for us in our hands today!

Many lack faith to believe that God the creator of heaven and earth Who commanded man to be perfect in the first place can give man a perfect Book.

              No, I didn't say that.

              You're out of context.
Two different statements in response to two different replies.

Men will not cease from deceiving their fellow men.

And THAT is definitely true of you.

                True!
Here is another truth, making a Biblical statement with no Biblical support is deceptive:

I SAID: "Actually, He did. God did take pen in hand and write His words to us in scrolls and parchment."

                  and

Meanwhile, back at the CARM ranch...

Christendom does not revolve around your knowledge - or your lack of knowledge.

I would assist, but you're not asking questions - you're accusing. It is not the season.

                  1 Peter 3:15 (KJV)
15 But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:

Ö.and if they are NOT ASKING, then say NOTHING.

                  Biblical Christianity at its finest.

                  Spank you, very much.
