Luke 1:35; Mark 1:9-11 are good places to realize this truth.
The apostolic term of IDENTIFICATON for WHO God is, is "the Father" Eph 4:6. If you want to substitite "the triune God" for "the Father," it's an exercise in philosophy, even eisegesis.
The problem for you is in justifying the introduction of non-biblical terminology into the bible.

And the apostolic term of identification for who The ONE Lord is, is The SON, Jesus Christ , GOD WITH US.
But "God" is understood in the spiritual sense here, of being "in Christ," or "one with Christ", or as the "God of Christ." It doesn't identify the man in the flesh as God in himself. Christ said "God is Spirit." Therefore God is not flesh.

Eph. 4:4-6 says NOTHING concerning the spiritual sense of being in Christ .
Cease with the fiction.
So you do not discern God as Spirit even though identified with the Father alone n Eph 4:4-6? Well, may be that's your whole problem. For you, God is not Spirit.

And in John 1 identified as The Son ALONE.
John 1 does not identify God as the Son alone, but the Son as agent-ruler of creation on behalf of the Father who is God.

"All things were made through Him." John 1:3. Jesus has his own throne of judgement, I concur, so is deity is the strictest sense.

The preposition di + genitive in the Greek (e.g. 1 Cor 8:6, John 1:3) means "through, by the instrumentality of"
"By" is misleading. Most modern translations use "through" - KJV variants excepted.

Again, Col 1:16 uses specific Greek prepositions with specific cases for Jesus as creator. The nuances must be exactly identified. There appears to be only one correct translation, which is what I identified above (i.e. "through"). I reject your contention that I have been in any sense misleading.

When you begin to read some learned commentaries you will discover this!
The preposition (if any) used for the Father as creator is different (ἐξ = out from, of, outcome-orientated). Whether a preposition is used, or not (e.g. Rev 3:14), the case is always genitive "possession." This means that Father is the originator of creation, and the nuance differs from the role of Jesus.

BY/THROUGH both means Jesus Christ is The Creator.
To understand the truth you only have to accept what the Bible teaches, and not the liars who deny what it says.
