By your logic, the Muslim world gets a pass. They don't know, because they were taught from childhood differently by parents who didn't know, because they were taught....

Whereas in my Bible, Romans 1:19 says "because what can be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. 20 For since the creation of the world his invisible attributes—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, because they are understood through what has been made. So people are without excuse."

People are without excuse. If God gives some mercy, that's up to him. It isn't a rule (read Romans 9:15 - For he says to Moses: “I will have mercy on whom I have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I have compassion.”). It is up to him, not you.
