1 Corinthians 10:13 (ESV) — 13 No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.

Fltom does not Transcend "all things created".

John 1:3 All things were made through him, and without him was not any thing made that was made.

You're sent to prison for life
You would "blame" the judge, (using your logic)
Because the judge is the cause of you being there
Even though you were culpable for the sin.

Obviously causation and culpability are separate issues.
