Where does 2 Cor. 4:4 refer to a "false" god?

2 Cor. 4:4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

I don't see the word, "false" anywhere in that verse.

There is no mention of "false god" in 2 Cor. 4:4.
There is no mention of "Satan" in 2 Cor. 4:4.
