As an Eastern Orthodox, I do find this sad. Fortunately, things are changing and there is a big push in spreading the faith. Our parish has received almost 30 new members in the last couple of years after covid. (studies show that more than 80% of the un-churched, if invited to attend a church service, will go). Of course, I can only speak form my parish and the ones around me.
