How do YECs explain the fossil record?

God understood that we would need energy after the flood....so He allowed for the flood sediment to cover sunken vegetation...which later became oil, coal and natural gas.

It is kind of both. If you are an OEC or a theistic evolutionist you can accommodate the scientific establishments claim for the age of the earth and it's understanding of how geological strata were laid down. If you are a YEC however you are trying to fit the geological record into that 6000+ so you are pretty much reliant on the flood as an explanation.

No, Brandon buries fake fossils to show the flood happened....you know, fossils need a quick burial...something a flood easily does....rather than laying on the surface where the bones get scavenged and spread about.....finally rotting back to dust.

No-one is forcing EVs on anyone. If you're willing to pay the ever increasing price of gas you're welcome to.
Most new technologies hit the market before people are 'ready for them'.

If your talking emissions, China and India are often mentioned. At least where I live.

Listen to you!!!...NO ONE'S FORCING YOU.... If you're willing to pay the ever increasing price of gas .....Yeah, run the cost of fuel up so combustion engines are out of reach.
Pass laws that ban the sale of non-EV's by 2035.

Why not let the market drive the EV's rather than some globalist combustion free auto planet dream.

No laws re; non-EV's where I live.
As to the cost of fuel, blame OPEC. EVs or no EVs, the cost of fuel is going to go up and up and up.

I'm afraid it will go up and up and up...thing is, there is no need for it to do so.

Currently there is no infrastructure to support an EV nation. Personally I don't mind EV's as they are great for local travel.

Of course as the EV deadline approaches your electric bill will have also gone up and up and up.
