If all Christians were Catholic; would all the issues that divide us be settled?

To be Catholic is to submit themselves to the Papacy and its issues; assuming the issues are dogmatic.
Catholic Bishops are Catholic, right?

Bishop Joseph Strickland of Tyler, Texas, on Tuesday issued a pastoral letter stating that the Catholic Church has “no authority whatsoever” to ordain female priests or deacons, a declaration the bishop said was meant to address potential discussions at the upcoming global synod.

"Pope Francis reportedly set to ask Bishop Strickland to resign
Bishop Strickland has been widely praised by faithful Catholics for his promotion of traditional Catholic teaching."

Apparently, some issues are permissible; otherwise, issues concerning Sedevacantists, Mormons, Muslims, JWs, atheists, goddess worshipers... as subjects of the Papacy would never be settled.

Well the answer is obviously NO, because all RCs are not united now. Just look at the posts between the different RC sects on these threads. I mean they insult one another by calling each other protestants. Look at the disagreeements between the various bishops that follow Rome on things like gay marriage. They delude themselves believing they are united.

How can true believers bow to the Mary and the pope and his cronies? I mean we would have to leave being lead by the HS behind. We would have to stop using the discernment, judgment and testing that the scriptures tell us to do and we would have to ignore the bulk of scripture, which is God's word.

Also, we would have to want to be harmed by false teachings and the acts of their leaders. To do so willingly would be to ignore God.

I doubt if the pope asked him to resign because of his statement on female 'priests or deacons', which is what you seem to be implying.

I am sure there is more than one, single reason.
Maybe this is why:
Bishop Strickland says Rome synod will reveal 'true schismatics'
or this
Bishop Strickland reaffirms that unrepentant homosexuals, adulterers cannot receive Communion
or this
Bishop Strickland: Upcoming Synod will only lead to more 'confusion' and 'division' in the Church
or this
Bishop’s claim that Pope’s synod may be ‘schismatic’

but the point of the OP is about Catholics who delude themselves into believing their Catholic Church can resolve the issues that divide Christians.

They can't even resolve the issues that divide Catholics.

He is being persecuted by Bergoglio for attempting to be Catholic. He's not on board with Bergoglio's LGBTQ/sodomite/pedophile/transgender/child genital mutilation agenda and doesn't worship pagan fertility goddesses. Mortal sins in the New Order Church. He has to go!

The Malankara Mar Thoma Syrian Church, often shortened to Mar Thoma Church, and known also as the Reformed Syrian Church and the Mar Thoma Syrian Church of Malabar, is an autonomous Eastern Protestant Christian church based in Kerala, India.

No.
(a) The church at Corinth – long before the RCC even existed – was divided so much that St. Paul rebuked them for it in a letter!
(b) Historically, look at how the RCC has handled dissent within her ranks. More often than not, it's been, "My way, or the highway!"

Hardly!!! The Roman Catholic religious system is split and divided to the same degree as the Visible churches in the Protestant side of things.

The only reason there IS a "Protestant division" is that the Roman Catholic System had ELIMINATED the MOST IMPORTANT TRUTH of all - i.e. Salvation BY FAITH, and not as the result of "Works", or "religious activity".

God set about correcting that heresy, 500 years ago.
