I read the Conservative group on Reddit. They are more old school conservative and are against this crazy act and recognize it as political posturing. There is no way it will go into effect.

There are plenty of governmental websites that allow for dissenting voices related to PUBLIC commentary. After all, this a basic right of ANY taxpayer. Even if this revolves around public resources, they should NOT require registration. They should do like everyone else does......
