Depends. Pointing out that someone is actually lying is not a slur, but calling that person nasty names is objectionable.
Whom is the final judge if someone is lying?
Comparisons with observable, confirmable reality can identify clear lies, like birtherism, or that the covid vaccine contains chips or magnetizes people, or that Trump won in 2020.
