Yes the same Father in the OT is the Father of Jesus in the NT.

Compare Psalm 2:7 to Hebrews 1:5.

Same God. NO Person identified as The Father of Israel. God ALONE is so identified.

Did it never occur to you why Trinitarians suppose God the Father is a single person? It didn't even occur to you did it?
