It's a PITY that people aren't labeled "Elect", or "Firewood", so that we wouldn't have to waste ministry on the firewood.

Why is it "horrific" for a Holy God to punish evil rebellious sinners?
Why are you trying to defend enemies of God?

I personally believe God wants the nonelect to hear the gospel, for the glory of God. Why else would Jesus have preached to the spirits in prison?

but he unconditionally determines men to destruction

YOU are the one who claimed it was "evil" for a Holy God to punish evil rebellious sinners, and YOU are the one "evading" giving a SCRIPTURAL answer.
