Any pro-life people here able to defend their position?

The use of the term "baby" is aspirational in these scenarios.
No its isnt. The medical profession and the majority of women who want a baby use the term baby for the offspring in the womb. The only time it is changed to fetus is when an abortion is involved

"We" is you and me and every other human being who is not a true socio/psychopath

Are you saying that you disagree?

If so, you can clear this up right here and now

Answer the following question with a simple YES or NO

Is it morally acceptable to consciously and purposefully inflict needless harm upon another?
You first need to define harm.

Is it harm when a medical procedure inflicts pain as part of a medical procedure. Can a doctor do surgery without causing pain.

I can't define harm for you, glen!

You're going to need to take the personal responsibility for defining the term for yourself

And once you do, I'm quite certain that you will concur that it is immoral to consciously and purposefully inflict needless harm upon others

What you are referring to is needed/needful harm

Very often, us human beings are unable to provide a greater good without causing harm in the process
Yours is a prime example

Due to our human limitations, we are oftentimes incapable of preventing/curing an illness/disease WITHOUT a painful medical procedure

What I am talking about is the conscious and purposeful infliction of NEEDLESS harm
If a doctor is able to heal WITHOUT harming and chooses to inflict harm anyway - this is NEEDLESS harm and the doctor is immoral

Again, very often, we humans have no other choice except to cause harm in the process of attaining a greater good
The same is NOT true of God!

God can ALWAYS achieve His every desired end WITHOUT causing us harm in the process
When God inflicts harm upon us it is ALWAYS, by definition, NEEDLESS

And, once again, to consciously and purposefully inflict needless harm upon others is immoral

I know it
You know it
I have defined the term. You just do not like my definition.

I know it
You know it
From the book of Job, ch 38

From out of a storm,
the Lord said to Job:
2 Why do you talk so much
when you know so little?
3 Now get ready to face me!
Can you answer
the questions I ask?
4 How did I lay the foundation
for the earth?
Were you there?
5 Doubtless you know who decided
its length and width.
6 What supports the foundation?
Who placed the cornerstone,
7 while morning stars sang,
and angels rejoiced?
8 When the ocean was born,
I set its boundaries
9 and wrapped it in blankets
of thickest fog.
10 Then I built a wall around it,
locked the gates, 11 and said,
“Your powerful waves stop here!
They can go no farther.”

I find it amusing when the created, thinks they can judge the creator.

Oh, I see, since this lifetime is just a drop in the bucket compared to an eternity in Heaven - it's perfectly fine and morally acceptable to needlessly harm others?

I wonder how come, then, God still prohibits murder?
I mean, what's a little murder in the grand scheme of things, right, glen?
Like I just said, it is foolishness when the created judges the creator.

I think of the old saying, never judge someone unless you walk a mile in his shoes.

Which in this case is impossible for a finite human to do.

How can I possibly determine how you interpret that verse?

Please answer in your own words

If you did, then I missed it

I was gracious enough to repeat my standard upon your request
Will you return the favor?

And, while you're at it, how about answering my question?

Do you believe that it is morally acceptable to consciously and purposefully inflict needless harm upon another?
YES
or
NO???
What is your source of morality?
