His own vice president called him out on national TV for voting against integration because said he didn't want him a scumbag sons to go to school in what he called a "racial jungle".

His voters voted for him because they like his racism.

The “racial jungle” line is not really that bad in context.

I doubt right-wing propaganda ever posts the context.

The UK Police didnt arrest as far as I am aware; it seems what constitutes hate speech requires someone to think it is and make a complaint.
In short its not clear what hate speech is.
