Non-Calvinists Limit the Atonement.

The non-Calvinist limits the atonement as surely as the Calvinist limits the atonement.

Calvinism limits the extent of the atonement saying it does not apply to all men.

Non-Calvinism limits the power of the atonement saying that the atonement, in itself, does not actually save anybody.

Universalists are the only ones who do not limit the atonement in some way.

All who believe and receive Him. John 1:12, 3:16-18, 20:31, 1 John 2:2

hope this helps !!!
The Calvinist says Christ's atonement, In itself, saves the elect.

The non-Calvinists says, the atonement of Christ, in itself, saves no one. Thats a problem with universal atonement.

The Bible doesn’t say the “ elect “ are saved .

Then who are the elect?
All are the elect eventually, but one is called and then chosen. We are to make our calling and election sure. All are predestined by God for election, but some come first and others after.

There are three types of election:

1) Bridegroom company which are the firstfruits who are overcomers.

2) The bride which are the next fruits and are overcomers

3) The children of the bride which is the last fruits of overcomers

Some of these concepts may be new to some but they are mentioned or implied in the scriptures

God bless you. :)
