Global warming is about control and has nothing to do with "saving the planet"

There are two parts and they want to wrap one around the other.

Global warming and pollution.

If i reject their novelties for power generation, they tell me I am ok with pollution from "dirty" refineries.

(I can call a Brother from church at a refinery. refineries have mind boggling intensive controls and instrumentation. They can put out up to the minute reports on all kinds of emissions. They have scrubbers and John Zink Hamsworthy emmisions control systems)

When Reagan was elected, the Democrates insisted we would be set back 2 decades in dealing with pollution.

Water. Cities follow state guidelines and testing in sewage treatment. One of the known areas of water pollution nobody here mentions is waste water from pulp and paper mills.

Recycling paper is even dirtier. But but, Nalco Chemical is the company famous for waste water paper mill treatment systems. (they are also big in water treatment for drilling oil)

The earth is not trying to destroy itself today, just like it wasn't trying to destroy itself 20 million years ago when stuff like this happened, or 10 million years ago when stuff like this happened. It's what a planet does, it's called nature.

Now I know it's hard for the people of today to understand that because we are sitting in our air-conditioned houses, watching the TV, sipping a hot chocolate or having an adult beverage and everything is all nice and comfy and safe. That is an un-natural environment, something completely man made, and it takes everyone away from the reality of what living on earth is actually like, and what the earth is really like.
