Colossians 1:21-22
And although you were formerly alienated and hostile in mind, engaged in evil deeds, yet He has now reconciled you in His fleshly body through death, in order to present you before Him holy and blameless and beyond reproach—

Well if the NC didn't go into effect until Jesus' death then Jesus shouldn't have said to those, "your sins are forgiven", but that your sins will be forgiven.

ding;
how many times have you told us you have read the scriptures????????????
and you know notta about the Feast Days of the Lord
Leviticus 23

explain the verses and answer the 1 question in each section
Jesus death on the cross didn't complete the sacrifice. He had to enter the Holy of Holies with his own blood. So did the NC go into effect on the cross or when Jesus entered the Holy of Holies? Not sure.

When a passage can be interpreted in different ways: (i.e. figurative of literal)
the interpretation that contradicts other Scriptures; must be in error.

excellent response

If Jesus didn't need to go to the cross for it to come into effect, then why did He. It seems He decided to suffer unnecessarily according to RCs.

You are trying to prove that the bread and wine are not the body and blood of Christ, but sorry it hasn't worked. You are not understanding scripture completely.
You haven't proved that it was His body and blood and you have ignored the op. Your understanding is incomplete and makes the cross totally unnecessary which is false.

Jesus death on the cross didn't complete the sacrifice.
What!????!!!!
Is this incredible inane Roman Catholic belief perhaps why the most disturbing aspect of the RCC doctrine is that Christ is being re-sacrificed daily by thousands of Roman Catholic priests, and that by recieving the Eucharist a Roman Catholic can obtain forgiveness of sins. In other words, the Roman Cathoic Church teaches that the Eucharist is a sacrificial offering able to atone for sins. Therefore Jesus Christ is ever suffering and dying each time a Roman Catholic priest consecrates the wafer.

You are trying to prove that the bread and wine are not the body and blood of Christ, but sorry it hasn't worked. You are not understanding scripture completely.
YOU claimed that Jesus effectively died at the Last Supper
YOU claimed the new covenant obviously went into effect with the words of Jesus at the Last Supper.

prove it
