You are dodging the pointIt's prophecy dealing with the new covenant written in the future tense. What about that don't you get??
You are dodging the point
You affirmed Ezek was a prophesy of the new covenant
and you affirmed faith is required to enter into the new covenant
therefore reception of the spirit a benefit of the new covenant
follows after faith not before it as you attempted to twist scripture to
Don't divertSo before faith the Spirit only works externally?
Yep they will try and win arguments at all costs but we :
2 Corinthians 10
For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. 4 For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, 5 casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ,

He has a habit of running to another topicYes calvies don’t accept correction. One of the reasons I could never be one myself , plus a few dozen more reasons .
What??? Where does the Bible, allegedly, say that unbelievers are given the Holy Spirit?Unbelievers ARE given the Spirit, they just don't necessary RECEIVE it.
Learn the difference.

You seem to forget that John 3:16 doesn't actually say what you posted. Also, how do you handle John 3:18, that says that the one who does not believe is condemned already. Is it possible to change from being condemned already, since condemnation means death, so the verse is saying they are dead already? God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, that is the second coming. This is the first coming. He is telling the Jewish people that they are wrong about the Messiah. Jesus has come first to present salvation to the world, that those God has chosen to save, find their salvation in Christ. His second coming is to condemn the world. Even the demons didn't get this for they asked Jesus if He had come to judge them "before the time".Obviously you do not know what is biblical
John 3:14–18 (KJV 1900)
14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up: 15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. 16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
