Yes, it does--it says we have God's righteousness, when we are in Christ Jesus. We have quoted Bible verses that state that. But you refuse to see it.
"9 and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which is through faith in[
a] Christ—
the righteousness that comes from God on the basis of faith." (Phil. 3)
Paul had God's righteousness which is through faith in Jesus Christ. His righteousness comes from God.
"He made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, so that
we might become the righteousness of God in Him." (2 Cor. 5:21)
We become God's righteousness in Jesus Christ. And righteousness is a gift.
"For if by the transgression of the one, death reigned through the one, much more those who receive the abundance of grace and of the
gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus ChrisT (Romas 5:17)
WHO gives us this gift, ding?
